What we collect and what we do with it

This site collects personal information in one place only: the enquiry form on the contact page. Nothing else on the site asks for or stores your details.

What the form collects

Your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle you are asking about, and anything you choose to write in the message and budget fields.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to quote on a vehicle. We do not use these details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside Validen.

Where it goes

The form is handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which checks the submission for spam and forwards it by email to sales@validenlogistics.co.zw. Your details are not stored in a database on this website — this site has no database. They sit in our email, like any other message you might send us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we may need them to deal with your enquiry or the importation that follows from it. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask us and we will.
