Importing a vehicle is straightforward once you know the order things happen in. Every Validen import runs the same way, and you will know where your vehicle is at each stage.

Both settled before the vehicle reaches the port of entry, so it is not held at the border

What your quote covers
Every quote sets out four costs separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and when each amount falls due.
The vehicle
The purchase price in the source market. Your 50% deposit is applied here.
Shipping
Ocean freight from the source market to the delivery point.
Clearing and delivery
Our fee for clearing the vehicle and delivering it to you. It varies with the make and model, so we price it per vehicle rather than quoting a flat rate.
Duty
Assessed by ZIMRA. We estimate it at quotation and settle it before the vehicle reaches the port of entry.
The 50% deposit goes to the vehicle. Clearing, delivery, logistics and duty are charged in addition to it. We set all four out in writing at quotation, so there is nothing to discover later.
Before you pay
Banking details are issued with your invoice and confirmed by phone. We will never send new account details by message alone. If you receive any, call us on the number on this site before paying.
